Do I need to buy a memory card with my Canon camera?
I’m not sure what they’re used for, but I think it’s needed to save pictures. I’m ordering a Canon camera today and I want to know if I should get one. Thanks!

Yes, and i would recommend a 4gb at least. Compact Flash cards are gonna run more then SD cards. but no camera comes with a memory card.
The Point & Shoot Canon Cameras Already Have Cards With Them.
If You Want To Save More Pics I Recommend The SanDisk SDHC.
Actually yes, cameras can come with memory cards, usually though if they do they are very small capacities. I would look online and get a big capacity one from a computer store instead.
