How can I get my Canon Zoombrowser program to accept videos taken by an Olympus FE290 camera? (still pics OK)

Even though the manual for both cameras say that videos are .avi files, the Zoombrowser is able to manage the videos for the Canon camera but does not seem to recognize the videos in the Olympus so they do not download to the PC. Still pictures are no problem at all.
