My canon camera says my card write protected but worked in another camera?
My canon camera eos rebel xs says card write protected and i’ve read about cards doing that so i flipped the little switch and that didn’t work so i placed the card into my canon powershot sx120 and it worked so i placed it back into the rebel and it still wont work. Is there a setting on my rebel that i have to change?

I’ve a Canon XSi and I don’t thing there is no such kind of setting in the camera.
I am having the same problem and would also love to hear the answer! It is definitely not the memory card that is the problem, it is the camera. I have tried four different cards.
